Users Options and Settings

The Options dialog can be launched by clicking Options from the Tools menu.

 

Options available are as follows:-

 

General

This option allows you to set your own preferences for the general functioning of Docsvault application.

 

Tasks

This option allows you to set the date for automatically filing completed tasks and adding favorite task members.

 

Check In / Check Out

This option allows you to set the defaults for Check In and Check Out of documents.

 

Imports

This option allows you to set the setting while importing documents into Docsvault.

 

Alerts

This option allows you to set the email alerts for tasks and activities performed on files and folders.

 

Workflow

This option allows you to set the email alerts for workflow tasks and automatic task delegation.

 

Others

This option allows you to set temporary location, create shortcut key for smart search and re-install PDF printer.

 

note Note:

The default setting in 'Options' are specific to the user.

 

Since these options are user specific, they can be changed by the user - no administrative access is required.
