My Workspace

The My Workspace allows users to easily access their tasks, files & folders required on the regular basis.

 

Tasks Calendar - View document tasks, personal tasks and workflow tasks at a glance.

Favorite Folders - A list of folders located throughout Docsvault that the user has flagged as favorites.

Favorite Files - A list of files located throughout Docsvault that the user has flagged as favorites.

Public Shares -  View a full list of existing Public Shared Links from this section.

Recently Accessed Documents - A list of documents recently accessed by the user from any location in the system.

oRecently Imported/Created Documents -A list of documents recently added by the user in the system.

oRecently Accessed - A list of files recently accessed by the user.

oRecently Created New Versions - A list of new file version created by the user.

Checked out documents - A list of documents the user has checked out for editing from the system.

 
Users can set their preference to make this node visible from Tools > Others.
