My Workspace

My Workspace

The My Workspace allows users to easily access their tasks, files & folders required on the regular basis.

 

Tasks Calendar - View document tasks, personal tasks and workflow tasks at a glance.
 

Manage Favorites

oFavorite Folders - A list of folders located throughout Docsvault that the user has flagged as favorites.

oFavorite Files - A list of files located throughout Docsvault that the user has flagged as favorites.
 
The Favorites Toolbar is located directly beneath the main icon bar at the top of the interface.You can control the visibility of the Favorites Toolbar by navigating to View > Favorites Bar.  
 

Public Links

oShare Links -  View a full list of existing Public Shared Links from this section

oRequest Links -  View a list of documents collected from non-Docsvault external users

oSignature Request  - View and manage signature requests
 

Recent Documents - Displays a list of user's recent documents from any location within the system.

oCreated: Shows files recently added by the user.

oModified: Shows files recently edited or overwritten by the user.

oAccessed: Shows files recently opened by the user.
 

Checked out documents - A list of documents the user has checked out for editing from the system.
 

The visibility of "My Workspace" nodes is controlled by a setting under Tools > Options > Others.

 

tip Tip:

Users can add frequently used nodes from 'My Workspace' to their Favorite toolbar in the desktop client for one click access.
