Tasks Calendar [Ent. & Ult. Editions]
The Tasks Calendar is displayed under the My Workspace node in the left panel. This feature is available in both the Desktop & Web applications.
You can keep track of following items in the Calendar:
•Active and overdue Workflow tasks. This is displayed in light blue.
•Your current and future personal tasks - displayed in green.
•Document tasks assigned to you. This is displayed in yellow.
To access the Calendar
•In Docsvault Client interface, go to My Workspace > Tasks Calendar
•The Calendar can be viewed in Day, Month, Week, Timeline or even Gantt format. You can temporarily change your calendar view from Change View To in the top bar. You can also scroll through the months, weeks, days, and years using the scroll bar or use the small calendar in the right corner to select a specific date.
•To return to today's date, click Go to Today on the right click menu.
•You can click on a day in the Month or Week to see the details for the day.
•Click on your personal task or workflow task assigned to you to check the documents associated with it.
•You can create your personal task, by clicking on the My Personal Task in the top bar.
See more events: If there are more events for a certain day than can be fitted in that day's box, you'll see a down arrow to click to see more events.
