Folder is the second hierarchy of storage. Folders can not be created right away under Docsvault node. They have to exist only inside a cabinet. It may contain  any number of subfolders and documents in a wide variety of file formats.  



Only cabinets and folders on which you have 'list' security rights will be listed in the hierarchy tree.

Users may be granted or denied access to individual folders at any level of hierarchy
