Custom Stamp

If you want to add a specific stamp that is not included in the list of pre-defined stamps, then you can create a custom stamp in Docsvault PDF Editor.

You can create static and dynamic custom stamps.

To create a Custom Stamp

•	Select the Hand tool toolbar button.

•	Select the Stamp annotation tool by either selecting the Stamp toolbar button or choose Tools > Stamp. Choose Custom Stamp.

•	In Custom Stamp window, click on the New to create a new static or dynamic stamps. Enter the following details:

o	Stamp Text - Enter the name for a stamp.

o	Stamp Color - Set the stamp color.

o	Dynamic Fields: Select the dynamic fields (Name, Date and Time) that you wish to include in the stamp.

•	Click on Save button to apply the Custom Stamp.

The Custom Stamp will be listed in Static or Dynamic depending on its type of creation.

Note:

•	Similar to static and dynamic stamp, you can edit, add notes and set properties to a Custom stamp.
