Renaming a Document

Rename a File

For example:

Jennifer wants to rename the file named 'Invoice1012.doc' to 'Invoice_12Oct.doc'. She can edit this by selecting Rename from Edit menu.

•	Select file from the Tree view panel to rename.

•	On the Edit menu, click on Rename Or

Right click the mouse button, click Rename. Or

Press F2

•	Type the new name, and press ENTER.

Note:

•	A file name can contain up to 150 characters, including spaces.
