The Watermark PDF option allows you to add a text watermark to a PDF document before saving or sharing it. This creates a new protected watermarked copy while keeping the original document unchanged.
Add Watermark to PDF
•Select the Document: Navigate to the folder and select the document.
•Open Watermark PDF: From the toolbar, click PDF Options > Watermark PDF OR
Right-click the document, click PDF Options > Password Protected PDF
•Enter Watermark Text: In the Watermark text field, type the text you want to watermark on the PDF.
Example: Confidential, Draft, Internal Use Only, Client Copy etc.
•Choose Output Option:
oClick Email PDF to email the watermarked document
oClick Save As to save the watermarked PDF
•The watermarked PDF is protected with a randomly generated password to prevent any further edits by anyone.

•A minimum of 'Read' rights is required to use Watermark option.
