Docsvault allows you to convert PDF documents into Word, Excel, or PowerPoint formats for editing and reuse. The converted document opens in its native application, and you can then save it back to Docsvault.
Convert PDF Document
•Select the PDF Document: Navigate to the folder and select the PDF file.
•Open Convert Options: Use any one of the following methods:
oFrom the Toolbar, click PDF Options > Convert To. Select Word, Excel, or PowerPoint
oRight-click the document, point to PDF Options > Convert To. Select Word, Excel, or PowerPoint
•Document Conversion: Docsvault converts the PDF to the selected format.
•File Opens in Native Application: The converted document opens automatically in the native application.
•Review and Edit (Optional): Make any necessary changes in the application.
•Save to Docsvault: Click Save to Docsvault to save the converted file back into Docsvault.
Supported Conversions
•PDF to Word (.docx)
•PDF to Excel (.xlsx)
•PDF to PowerPoint (.pptx)
•Original document remains unchanged. •Converted file opens automatically after conversion. You can edit before saving to Docsvault. Layout accuracy depends on original PDF formatting.
