Document Preview supports all popular document types (including Word, Excel, PDF, Emails, Images, DICOM images). You can now review a file without having to download the file to view.
Just like the standard preview panel in the desktop client, you can see the contents of file using Document Preview. Click on the Preview icon on the right panel to open the preview panel.

•Users can easily zoom in, rotate, view in full screen and browse through PDF pages in document preview. They can also search for text in PDFs, see document properties, print and download PDFs easily without having to download the actual PDF file to their desktops.
•Users with “Preview” only rights will not be able to print or download the PDF files but will still be able to zoom in for clarity and use other navigation features
•Press F11 to view word and excel files in a full screen mode.
