Separate All Pages

The Separate All Pages option splits a multi-page PDF document into individual single-page PDF files. Each page is saved as a separate document.

 

 

Separate All Pages from PDF

 

Select the PDF Document: Navigate to the folder and select the multi-page PDF file.

Open Separate All Pages: Use any one of the following methods:

oFrom the Toolbar, click PDF Options > Separate All Pages.

oRight-click the document, point to PDF Options > Separate All Pages.

Processing: Docsvault splits the PDF into individual pages.

Pages Saved as Separate Documents: Each page is created as a separate PDF document in Docsvault.

 

 

What This Option Does

 

Splits multi-page PDF

Creates one file per page

Maintains original page order

Keeps original document unchanged

Saves pages as separate PDFs

 

When to Use Separate All Pages

 

Use this option when:

Splitting scanned batches

Separating invoices

Breaking legal pleadings

Extracting individual pages

Organizing bulk scanned documents

 

 

doc_security Security:

A minimum of 'New File' rights is required to use Separate All Pages option.
