Administrators and users with system right 'Create Forms' can create and manage forms and entries
The actions that the users can perform on the eform will depend on the group they are assigned. Rights can be granted to any user or group.
Visibility - Users under this group can only view and submit forms. If you wish to share with all users in your organization, select 'Everyone' from the drop list. Users who will have access to eform can view and submit it from their desktop and web client application by selecting New > eforms.
Manager - Users under this group can only access and edit submitted entries.
Editors - Users under this group can manage form, users and entries.
Administrators and Owners of the form can manage users, forms and entries.
