After performing a Quick Search, Advanced Search, or Profile Search, matching documents are displayed in the Search Results tab. You can review, filter, save, export, or take further actions on the results.
Search Results Features
•Results open in a separate tab
•Multiple searches can be viewed in different tabs
•Columns can be sorted and filtered
•Results can be refreshed using F5 or Refresh button
•Files can be opened, edited, or profiled directly from results
•Merge PDFs by dragging one PDF onto another
•Open folders in a new tab directly from results (using Folder context menu > Open in New Tab)
•View a document's contents in the Preview panel.
•Search terms are highlighted in the results listing and within the document content in the Preview panel and full-screen view.
•Export results to external formats.
Refine Search Results
When searches return a large number of results, you can further narrow the results further by specifying additional search criteria. Simply click the 'Refine Search' button in the left bottom to open up the search panel again with the existing search criteria pre-filled. You may now change any search criteria to execute the search again.
Export Search Results
You can export search results using the Export button on the search toolbar.

Search Results in Multiple Tabs
Users can run multiple searches and view the results in separate tabs, making it easier to retain search results from different search queries.
