The Optimize Size option reduces the file size of a PDF document for easier sharing, storage, and faster loading, while preserving document readability.
Optimize PDF Size
•Select the PDF Document: Navigate to the folder and select the PDF file you want to optimize.
•Open PDF Options: From the toolbar, click PDF Options > Optimize Size OR
Right-click the document, click PDF Options > Optimize Size
•Docsvault creates an optimized version of the PDF with reduced file size.
What Optimize Size Does
•Compresses images inside PDF
•Removes unnecessary metadata
•Optimizes embedded objects
•Reduces overall file size
•Improves email sharing performance
When to Use Optimize Option
•PDF file size is too large
•Email attachment exceeds limits
•Sharing large scanned documents
•Improving document load speed
•Original document remains unchanged. A new optimized PDF version is created automatically. •This option will not be available if the PDF has restrictions that prevent modifying the document. •Compression may reduce image quality.
