To add a New Folder
This procedure adds a new folder in Docsvault
•Right click on relevant cabinet/folder from the tree view to add a new folder. Use the folder search box on top of the tree view panel to search for the folder instantly.
•Click on New Folder in the pop up menu.
•Type: Select the method for creating a folder:-
o From Folder Template: You can select this option to create a Custom folder and file structures with predefined security, profile and audit trail
settings. For more information, see Template.
•After providing Folder Name and Description, select the icon of your choice.
•Click on Save button to create a folder.
Adding a new folder in Docsvault Web interface
You can perform the actions such as copy, cut, paste, delete and rename a folder as in desktop client application.
•Only users with 'New Folder' rights on a parent folder may add folders under it in the repository.
