The View in Viewer option allows you to open a PDF document in read-only mode. This lets you review the document without checking it out or making any changes.

 

View PDF in Read-Only Mode

 

•Select the PDF Document: Navigate to the folder and select the PDF file you want to view.

•Open PDF Viewer: From the toolbar, click PDF Options > View in Viewer

•Document Opens in Viewer: The PDF opens in the Docsvault PDF Viewer in read-only mode.

•Review the Document: You can:

oScroll through pages

oZoom in/out

oSearch text

oNavigate bookmarks

oView thumbnails

oPrint (if permitted)

 

•View Document Profile: You can view and add profile indexes, descriptions and document notes.
