Search Options setup

This option allows you to set options for quick search.

 

Search Options

You can search for files with combination of field displayed in this dialog. If the search keyword matches any values entered in these selected fields, the file or folder will be displayed in the search results.

Match:

Select from the search criteria to match the keyword entered.

 

Look In :

Specify the location to search the entered keyword.

 

Search for:

Select from the list box whether you want search to find only files or only folders or both

 

Columns in Search

This section allows you to define the display of your search result in a particular manner . For instance, for Quick Search or Advanced Search result, you can display the general information of file details such as descriptions, size, dates etc. along with the file metadata details such as client, department, due date etc.
