Records retention is a very important part of an organization’s document management policies. The Records Retention Console tool helps you create, classify, and manage ongoing records with complete retention management work flow.  Click on the Retention node to open the Records Retention Console.

 

 

 

This console can also be accessed from Desktop Client too. Administrators group members or users with "Create Records" or "Check Out Records" rights can access Records Retention Console. For more information on retention, see Records Retention section in the Desktop Client Manual.
