Docsvault allows you to convert documents such as Word, Excel, and other supported file types into PDF format directly from the right-click menu.

Convert Document to PDF

•Select the Document: Navigate to the folder and select the document (Word, Excel, etc)

•Right-click the document, click Convert to PDF from the context menu.

•Choose Conversion Option
Select one of the following:

oEmail PDF Copy: Send a PDF copy of a document (for example, a Word file) directly as an email attachment without generating a separate PDF in Docsvault.

oPassword Protect PDF: Convert the document to PDF and apply password protection before saving or sending as email attachment.

oWatermark PDF: Convert the document to PDF and apply watermark text to the generated PDF. You can save or send as email attachment.

Notes:

•Available for non-PDF documents (Word, Excel, etc.)

•Original document remains unchanged. A PDF is generated during the process, which can be saved or sent as an email attachment.

Security:

•A minimum of 'New File' rights is required to use Convert to PDF option.
