A problem was encountered while trying to communicate with the activation server.

This happens if you have a firewall application on your PC that is blocking Docsvault's access to the internet. Docsvault needs to access the internet just this one time for communicating with our activation server. Most firewalls would warn the user when any application tries to access the internet. If you see such warning allow Docsvault for this one time. However some firewalls might silently block applications trying to access the net such as windows firewall. In such case just turn off the firewall, activate your Docsvault and then turn the firewall back on.
