My Mobile Apps are not connecting even though my Web Browser access is working fine using the same URL

Access through mobile device apps require:

  1. A secure https:// connection using SSL certificates.
    Please ensure your Docsvault Web Application is configured to be accessible through a secure https site binding.

  1. A localhost site binding is added
    In addition to the https site binding you must have one local site binding added. It is not necessary to make your Docsvault Web Application accessible through non secure URL (simple http:// ) but this local connection is required by the mobile API to work internally.
