My Workspace
The My Workspace allows users to easily access their tasks, files & folders required on the regular basis.
•Tasks Calendar - View document tasks, personal tasks and workflow tasks at a glance.
oFavorite Folders - A list of folders located throughout Docsvault that the user has flagged as favorites.
oFavorite Files - A list of files located throughout Docsvault that the user has flagged as favorites.
•Public Links
oShare Links - View a full list of existing Public Shared Links from this section
oRequest Links - View a list of documents collected from non-Docsvault external users
oSignature Request - View and manage signature requests
•Recently Accessed Documents - A list of documents recently accessed by the user from any location in the system.
oRecently Imported/Created Documents -A list of documents recently added by the user in the system.
oRecently Accessed - A list of files recently accessed by the user.
oRecently Created New Versions - A list of new file version created by the user.
•Checked out documents - A list of documents the user has checked out for editing from the system.
Users can set their preference to make this node visible from Tools > Others.
Tip:
Users can add frequently used nodes from 'My Workspace' to their Favorite toolbar in the desktop client for one click access.
