Clear Document Status

Clear Status

 

To clear document status

 

Select the item (cabinet, folder or file) from the list menu

Right click and point to Document Status.

Select the Clear Status option. The flag is removed from the item.

 

tip Tip:

If you want to keep a record of completed items, create a document status say, 'Completed' or 'Published' and assign that to it. You can then search for such items or create a report on them by setting the search criteria under Doc. Status section while Searching.
