IT Software Support Engineer

Summary
The Software Support Engineer will be responsible for facilitating the support of software. Interacts with clients to understand their issues and provide a solution. Participates in troubleshooting, and analysis of the development of the software.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Provide support for existing applications
  • Respond to customer queries over mail and phone
  • Ability to work in a virtual team across geographies
  • Act as a bridge between Customers and IT/Developers
  • Participation in providing training to customers as required
  • Documenting troubleshooting and problem resolution steps

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

  • 2+ years’ experience, Any Graduate – Any Specialization
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Technical expertise in Application Support
  • Hands on experience with ASP.net, HTML, and SQL would be an advantage
  • Firm grasp of how the web / mobile works, networking and software products
