There are a ton of exciting new features, one of them being our updated mobile app that will now support multiple file uploads as well as editable document profile, status and flags. So no matter where you are, work never stops.

Web E-forms

The new Web based eForms enable easy drag & drop readymade fields to create forms in just a few clicks, without writing a single line of code. Online forms can be embedded in your own website, intranet or shared with simple web links.

Graphical Workflow Designer

This feature allows users to create a workflow graphically which is also visually appealing and faster to create. Also, the new workflow designer is available through desktop and web application, so users can manage workflows from any place in the world.

Editing Word/Excel Documents

The new built-in word processor, and spreadsheet editor allows creating, editing and saving office documents directly in Docsvault. This feature is available in the Desktop as well as the Web Client.

New PDF Editor

The new version offers a fully-developed PDF editor with extensive support for annotations, redactions and editing tools. You can now add watermarks, bates numbering and e-signature, and add comments with advanced features such as flattening, summarizing, importing, and exporting comments.

Smart Email Address Book

Docsvault now allows you to automatically collect and manage contact information used for outbound email communications. It will now autocomplete names and email addresses when sending email messages via Docsvault Quick Email, Email Templates and Public Share Links.

Auto Document Relations

Docsvault can now automatically relate documents based on index values. For example – setting relation between invoices based on a common PO number or relating all documents of the same project.
