## In order to Upload a Screenshot, follow these procedures:

1.
With the error message on the screen, press Alt+Print Screen
2.
Click Start > Programs > Accessories > Paint to start the Windows Paint Program.
3.
Choose Edit > Paste to place the screen image into Paint.
4.
Choose File > Save As to save the image, making sure to provide a name to the file when prompted.
5. Upload the saved file by clicking on the "Browse" button below. Then, find the file and press "Open".
