Brian, age 23, student.

Brian is a typical college student. He is finishing up his last semester and is looking forward to graduate school in the coming fall. Before he can get there, he has to finish up his coursework and graduate school applications. Brian is not a very organized person and has realized that his success is becoming more and more dependent on how organized he is. As mentioned before, Brian is applying to ten different graduate schools. Trying to keep the essays and forms in order for each school was a hassle until he organized them with Docsvault™. He scanned in his finished applications for safe-keeping and has organized all of his essays and other supporting documents by school. They are all custom classified by Brian by document type as well, so he could search just for his essays, for example, and not have to deal with going through finding them school by school.

Moreover, Brian has many usernames and passwords for various applications and websites. Until Docsvault™, it was almost impossible to manage all of these. He can now keep all of these usernames and passwords in the Password Manager in the Safevault®, where they can be organized by which site or application they are for, all while being secured by 128-bit encryption.

As you can see, Brian’s life has become much more efficient and organized. He thought it would be too hard to implement and cost too much, but Docsvault’s simple and intuitive functionality allowed him to become familiar with the software immediately, all at a price that a college student can afford. By introducing Docsvault into his life, he has learned to become more organized, effective, and productive, at least regarding one aspect of his life.
