Remove a flag

Remove a Flag

To remove a flag, you can either mark the item complete flag , as in a task you have performed  or you can clear the

flag.

 

To clear the Flag

 

•Select the item (cabinet, folder or file) from the list menu

•Right click and point to Flag.

•Select the Clear Flag option. The flag is removed from the item

 

tip Tip:

•If you want to keep a record of completed items, create a flag 'Completed' using Customize.. and assigned to it. You can then set the search criteria under Flag section while Searching.
