Group and UnGroup objects

 

When you use the Group commands to group objects (object: shapes, vector graphics, text or images) you combine them so you can work with them as though they were a single object. You can move, resize or scale all objects in a group as a single unit.

 

You can ungroup a group of objects at any time and then regroup them later.

 

To group using the Edit Object tool:

 

•Select the Edit Object toolbar button

•Select the objects, hold down the Shift key as you choose them.

•Click on the Group toolbar button

 

To ungroup using the Edit Object tool:

 

•Select the Edit Object toolbar button

•Select the object.

•Click on the UnGroup toolbar button
