Docsvault's Audit Trail tool keeps an account of various events and activities performed on documents stored in it. These events can be creation, modification, copying, moving, deletion and so forth.

 

The function of Audit Trail is to record all the events carried out on a specific document. It also stores information regarding users who have viewed it. To see a list of users who have viewed a particular document, select Query Audit Trail from Tools menu.
