What is Safevault?


Safevault is another innovative feature of Docsvault. Safevault was introduced to provide security and privacy for your most important documents and information. You can put all your sensitive information in a safe place which is locked by the most secure and reliable encryption method.

You can access Safevault on entering the master password. When you click on Safevault for the first time after opening the main window of Docsvault application, you are prompted to create the master password.

 

Safevault contains two secured cabinets:

1. My Information

2. Safedocs

 

My Information:

 

my info

 

You can store your confidential information in My Information. Docsvault provides you the following inbuilt templates:

1.Bank details
2.Debit/Credit Card details
3.Email addresses
4.Software License

5.  Other Online Accounts

 

To add new data in My Information, right click in the List View will offer to add the above mentioned items for you.

You can add a foot note related to the item information at the bottom in the yellow region

 

 

Safedocs:

 

Safedocs is a password protected folder where you can keep all your important files
.It stores only documents
All operations that can happen on a folder, are applicable to Safedocs also, except that you cannot create a folder in Safedocs
