Adding Cabinets and Drawers


Your cabinets will include drawers, folders and files. You can add a "new" cabinet, drawer or a folder from four different locations…      

 

From the File menu, select New and then select Cabinet or Drawer or Folder  
From the tool bar, click New Icon , and simply select Cabinet or Drawer or Folder   
From tree view, right click on any folder or cabinet, click New, and select Cabinet or Drawer or Folder        
From list view, right click and select New >> Cabinet or Drawer or Folder       

 

 

After selecting you will be asked to write names and descriptions for the selected entity and then click the Save button

Note:

Docsvault does not allow empty cabinet. It must have atleast one drawer. So you have to create a new Drawer along with a new Cabinet
