Recovery Disk

1. On clicking the Safevault cabinet you will get the Secure Login Panel. On the list view pane on the right hand side of the main window as shown below:

Click on the Forgot your master password? link. This will pop up the security question window.

3. Now click on the Use My Master Password recovery disk and press the Get it! button

4. Select the location where you have saved the recovery file with a .prd extension and click the Open button

5. A message box will display you master password
