Repository

"Repository" Preferences panel enables you to perform instant backup/restore of files. It also lets you schedule the automatic backup facility, perform optimization on document repository and export files in a heirarchical structure.

Optimization frees up the unused space in document repository and helps tune up the application performance.

You have the option to select an automatic optimization after a period of 1, 2 or 4 months from the drop down list. 

Manual optimization can be carried out by clicking Start Now Button. It is recommended to optimize Docsvault from time to time for better result.

To export the entire documents repository (except the Safevault documents) into a hierarchical folder structures, click on Export button. A Browse Folder dialog window will appear. Select a location and press OK button.
