Creating Master Password

•When you click on the Safevault cabinet for the first time after installation, message box pops up

Read the message carefully as it provides you with important dos and donts about Master Password.

 

•Click on the OK button to get the password panel for creating master password

Enter the master password and for password recovery enter the security question and answer

 

It is STRONGLY RECOMMENDED that you create a password recovery disk, for which the option is selected by default

 

Now click on the OK button.

 

•You will be prompted to select a location for creating password recovery disk. Select a location (which by default is a Floppy Disk Drive) and then click the Create button. Your master password is now created.

You must keep the recovery disk at a secured place

 

•After creating master password and recovery disk it is now time to enter into the Safevault
•To do this, click on Safevault cabinet and enter your password in the given text box and click on the Login button to enter the safevault cabinet.

 

You can now store your most sensitive and personal important information as well as documents
