Docsvault does not require you to give up your filing system. Instead, you can simulate the filing system you currently have through Docsvault. Installing Docsvault is just a matter of minutes.And if you are familiar with Windows® Explorer, you will be immediately familiar with Docsvault.
  Yes. We take pride in the fact that our software is incredibly simple and easy to use. That was our goal right from the start. We have thoughtfully designed and implemented each feature so that it remains comprehensive yet simple enough for any user. If you know basic operations in Windows like drag and drop, copy and paste, and saving files in a folder structure, you are already familiar with most of the software. All of the other features require just a few more steps and can be learned by just going through them once. And our comprehensive online help, tutorials, and free technical support will be there for you in case any problems should arise.
  You can essentially store any computer generated file in Docsvault that is supported by the Windows® operating system, including MS Office® files, media files, PDFs, Web pages, and archived files. In addition, you can scan your paper documents and convert them directly into multi page PDF or TIFF files, right from within Docsvault
  Docsvault Professional is for single users and Docsvault Small Business is for small and medium businesses with multiple user access. Docsvault Professional has all the features and tools a single person needs for complete organization, management, and security of their files. Docsvault Small Business has all of the Professional Edition features plus others that are specifically designed to collaborate and manage documents in a multiple user environment.
