How to Get Started:
- Complete this form to apply for the Resellers Program. You can read through our reseller's agreement here. You will be required to agree to these terms during your first login to the reseller's portal.
- We will review the application and get in touch with you within 1 to 2 business days.
- Once the application is approved, you will receive a temporary username and password which will enable you to log into your Resellers Control Panel. The first time you log in, you will have to buy the resellers version of the SB edition at a discounted price of only $199.99. However this purchase price will be refunded to you as soon as you resell $1000 worth of Docsvault products.
- You will now be able to create your own username and password and start earning your commissions.

To become a reseller you will have to buy a resellers (NFR) version of the SB edition for a discounted price of $199.99to aid your demonstrations and presentations to your customers. This purchase price will however be refunded to you immediately once you reach a $1000 sales target. We do this only to ensure that the resellers program is not misused by end users who do not intend to actually resell Docsvault products.
We do not have a strict eligibility criteria as such and accept applications even from small volume resellers. The decision to accept or reject an application will be taken after studying your application.

Yes. Your hard work will not be wasted. Once you achieve certain status, it will never degrade. So also, there are no average sale requirements to achieve your next status. All your sales will be counted towards your next status upgrade.
As a reseller we expect you to support your clients with basic installation and usage which are surprisingly easy with Docsvault. However, we will provide all technical support at anytime using our ticket based support system and call back phone support for clients who have active maintenance subscriptions.
Yes. The licenses are assigned to the end user. Once resold, a license cannot be taken over by the reseller.
Your control panel has the tools to place new orders for your customer as well as track your order history and your commission status along with other features.
Yes, you can use the content and images on our website to promote the product on your website as long as you do not change the product names or misrepresent the publisher of the product as yourself. A marketing kit is also available that can be downloaded from your Reseller Control Panel.
Yes, we offer our products and services at a discounted rate to not for profit institutions. Please give us the details about the customer and we will decide the discount based on that information.
We will provide free training for the general usage of our software if needed and will give you all marketing materials we have that are not already available on our website.
No, not until there is a special promotion. Generally, our software products are sold as digital downloads and activation keys. For sizeable orders, we will need approximately 4 weeks to deliver the software in CD & boxes.
The OCR add-on is the only product on which no commissions are paid because it is a royalty based product and most of the earnings are passed on to the OCR vendor. All other products are eligible for reseller commissions.
The fastest and instant payment method would be through credit cards used in your own control panel. However we also accept wire transfers and payments through Checks.
