Viewing Document Notes

Document Notes offers you an easy way to keep all information you have to remember for a particular document in the Docsvault repository. You can write memos, review notes or any other information needed for your own reference or to let other users access additional knowledge about that particular document.

•	If this window is closed you can reopen it from the View menu, point to Right Panel and then click on Document Notes.

•	Select any document to see the notes associated with it in the Document Notes window on the right panel.

•	Click on icon to pop up a window where you can view and edit notes for the file selected as per you rights.

•	You can also search a file based on the information added in 'Notes' .
