Setting Default Profile for Cabinets and Folders

Print this Topic Previous pageReturn to topNext page

Whenever files are imported into a Docsvault's cabinet or folder, Import files and folders dialog box is displayed asking you to select a profile. You have the option to retain the profile that is displayed by default or select another from the drop down list. The selected profile is then assigned to all the imported files.

Thus every folder and cabinet has a specific profile (called as "default profile") associated to it so that it can be displayed by default at the time of importing.
