Remove a flag

To remove a flag, you can either mark the item complete flag , as in a task you have performed or you can clear the

flag.

To clear the Flag

•	Select the item (cabinet, folder or file) from the list menu

•	Right click and point to Flag.

•	Select the Clear Flag option. The flag is removed from the item

Tip:

•	If you want to keep a record of completed items, create a flag 'Completed' using Customize.. and assigned to it. You can then set the search criteria under Flag section while Searching.
