Docsvault provides it's own Recycle Bin. This helps you to recover accidentally deleted documents that are stored in Docsvault.
Restoring deleted documents
Or
Click on the Recycle Bin icon in the Toolbar
| • | This will display Recycle Bin dialog box as shown below. |

| • | Select files and folders to be restored and click on Restore button. |
Note:
| • | Restoring a document in the Recycle Bin returns that document to its original location. |
| • | To retrieve several document at once, hold down CTRL key, and then click each item that you want to retrieve. |
| • | If you restore a file that was originally located in a deleted folder, the folder is recreated in its original location, and then the file is restored in that folder. |

Permanently deleting files and folders:
To delete the files permanently, you need to delete them from recycle bin.
Or
Click on the Recycle Bin icon on the Toolbar
| • | Select the files and folders you want to delete permanently by dragging the mouse. |
| • | Now click on Empty Recycle Bin button or use Delete button to delete a particular file(s) or folder(s) permanently. |
Warning:
| • | Once deleted from Recycle Bin, files cannot be recovered back. |
