Options and Settings

The Options dialog can be launched by clicking Options from the Tools menu.

 

Options available are as follows:-

 

General

This option allows you to set your own preferences for the general functioning of Docsvault application.

 

Tasks

This option allows you to set the date for automatically filing completed tasks and adding favorite task members.

 

Profiles

This option allows you to create, edit and delete 'Profiles' and 'Properties'.

 

Check In / Check Out

This option allows you to set the defaults for Check In and Check Out of documents.

 

Others

This option allows you to set the default setting for CD/ DVD burning and query the document event audit log.

Note:

The default setting in 'Options' are specific to the user.

 

Since these options are user specific, they can be changed by the user - no administrative access is required.
